The project comprises an apartment building of four floors, with two or three apartments per floor, and available in different models: ground floor and mid-floor models with 1 or 2 bedrooms; and penthouses with 1 bedroom. The apartments have a modern interior design with an open plan living area, combing the kitchen, dining room and lounge in a single space. The mid-floor models and penthouses also have a terrace off the lounge. The community solarium is on the roof of the building, for all residents to enjoy.

But to speak of this city is to speak fundamentally of two things: sea and salt. Salt is the true origin of this town. Until the middle of the 20th century the salt industry was the main source of employment for the people of Torrevieja, and today Torrevieja is one of the main producers of salt in Spain, with an average of 600,000 tonnes per year.
The coastline of Torrevieja is very extensive, with a total of 14 km of beautiful seafront where you can find a multitude of urban beaches, coves and secluded spots where you can cool off, many of them idyllic.All of Torrevieja´s beaches are certified by quality and environmental management standards. Torrevieja reaffirms itself as a symbol of prestige and quality.
Different traditional festivals are celebrated throughout the year in the city, such as Semana Santa or the seafaring procession of the Virgen del Carmen on July 16th.
