From the moment when you decide to make a downpayment on a property, until the time when you receive the keys and start to enjoy your new home, we shall be completely responsible for the smooth running of the entire process. We shall indicate the administrative proceedings that have to be fulfilled, we will help you obtain any documents that you may need in Spain, such as, for example, a national ID number for foreigners (NIE) issued by the Spanish state, which are essential for the correct processing of the purchase. We will accompany you to the notary public’s offices and shall check over the property with you to ensure your full satisfaction. If the property is still under construction or is being built to order, we shall take photographs of the progress of the works, making sure that everything is being carried out as per the terms of the contract.
