This beachside resort comprises detached villas with 3 bedrooms, and apartments with 2 bedrooms. The resort has a modern style with crisp white facades combined with traditional elements, like natural stone and wood. The central community area includes a large beach-style pool, with a sunbathing area, as well as a wellness area including a heated jacuzzi and a sauna. The resort is completely closed, ensuring residents security and privacy.
The villas are distributed over two floors, with 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor presents a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, with an L-shaped American kitchen with views of the terrace. The large windows in the lounge open onto a covered terrace and the garden. There is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a guest toilet on this floor too. The 2 remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, both with a private bathroom and a small terrace.
The apartments are available in two models: ground floor with a garden and a private pool; or top floor with a private solarium and jacuzzi. Both models have a large living area, combing the lounge, dining area and American kitchen. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet with laundry facilities. The large windows in the lounge, and both bedrooms, open onto a spacious covered terrace. The terrace, on the ground floor models, extends into a garden with a private pool. Whereas the terrace, on the top floor models, has external stairs that lead to the solarium with jacuzzi, where the sea views can also be enjoyed.
All the homes will include hot/cold air conditioning, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, electric blinds, fitted wardrobes, pre-installation for solar panels, and a private underground garage, with automatic door and pre-installation for a charging station for electric cars. All homes have private stairs leading to the underground garage.
